King Eysteinn (Fret) Halfdansson Of Vestfold 
Eysteinn, known as Fret, was born in 0736 in Vestfold. Fret's father was King Halfdan I (White Leg) Olafsson Of The Upplands and his mother was Asa Eysteinsdoittir. His paternal grandparents were King Olaf (Tree Hewer) Ingjaldsson Of Vermaland and Solveig Halfdansdoittir Of Throndheim; his maternal grandparents were King Eyestein Glumra (Harrdaade) Throndsson Of Hedmark and Solveig Halfdansdoittir Of Throndheim. He had two brothers named The Sea King and Gudrod. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 44 in 0780.General Notes
