Thomas was born on August 16th, 1596 in Thornbury,Gloucestershire,England and his baptism took place on August 16th, 1596 in St. Mary's,Thornbury,Gloucestershire,England.  He died at the age of 68 on June 2nd, 1665 in Braintree,Norfolk Co,MA.
