Adelaide "Blanche" was born about 0942 in Anjou.  Adelaide "Blanche"'s father was Count Foulques II (Le Bon) De Anjou and her mother was Gerberga De Gatinais Of Bourgogne.  Her paternal grandparents were Count Foulques I (Le Roux) De Anjou and Roscille De Loches; her maternal grandfather was Aubri Herve. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Foulques I, Guy, Drogo, Grisgonelle, Bouchard IV, Agnes, Aelips, Arsinde and Adele (Alice).  She died in 1026.
