Elsie Bell Coats

Elsie Bell was born on November 6th, 1907 in Tipton County,Tennessee.  Elsie Bell's father was William Alvin Coats and her mother was Tennessee Ally Harris.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 74 on March 3rd, 1982 in Memphis,TN.

‌Elsie Bell and Louis Uzzle were married in a religious ceremony in 1923 in Tipton County,Tennessee.  They had two sons and two daughters, named Living, William Uzzle, Living and Mary Alley.
