Atia's father was Marcus Atius Balbus Of Rome and her mother was Julia Caesar Of Rome.  Her maternal grandparents were Emperor Caisus Julius III Caesar Of Rome and Aurelia Of Rome.  She was an only child.

They had a son and a daughter, named Augustus and Major.
