Victor Marion Vanwinkle Murphy

Victor Marion was born about February 1921 in Eugene, Oregon.  Victor Marion's father was Frank Todd Vanwinkle and his mother was Mary Margaret Murphy.  His paternal grandfather was Vanwinkle; his maternal grandfather was Murphy. He had a sister named Vivian Marjorie.  He was the older of the two children.  He died in January 1993 in Portland, Oregon.

He had a biological daughter named Living.
