Aimable was born about 1087. Aimable's father was Bernard-Aton IV Trencavel and her mother was Cécile De Provence. Her paternal grandparents were Raymond-Bernard II Trencavel and Ermengarde De Carcassonne; her maternal grandparents were Bertrand II De Provence and Mathilde Ou Mahaut N.... She had a brother and two sisters, named Raymond Ier, Mantiline Ou Métheline and Pagème. She was the oldest of the four children. She died in 1128.-
