Albino Wenceslao Silveira 
Albino Wenceslao was born in 1837 in Yerbal, Rio Grande Do Sul, Brasil. Albino Wenceslao's father was Antonio Silveira Da Terra and his mother was María Silveira. His paternal grandparents were Antonio Silveira and Catalina Thomasia; his maternal grandparents were Felisberto Pereira Da Rosa and María Silveira. He was an only child. He died at the age of 74 on February 21st, 1911 in Fraile Muerto, 7ª Seccion, Cerro Largo, Uruguay.
