Otto Da was born in 0836.  Otto Da's father was Liudolf Da Saxônia , Conde Da Saxônia and his mother was Oda.  His paternal grandparents were Bruno and Suana De Montfort; his maternal grandfather was Billung I Graf.  He was an only child.

They had a son named Henry I, The Fowler.
