Vâictor Hugo ("Cholo") was born on April 17th, 1918 in Montevideo, Montevideo, Uruguay.  Vâictor Hugo ("Cholo")'s father was Francisco Prechac Landaberry and his mother was Paula Scaiola.  His paternal grandparents were Raymundo Augusto Prechac Colonque and Maria Landaberry; his maternal grandparents were Juan Bautista Scaiola and Catalina Parodi. He had two brothers and a sister, named Juan Alfredo ("Chino"), Hâector Venancio ("Chichâi") and Maria Irene Del Carmen ("Chola").  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 77 on March 8th, 1996 in Montevideo, Montevideo, Montevideo, Uruguay.

‌Vâictor Hugo ("Cholo") and Lilia Esther were married in a religious ceremony on November 17th, 1945.  They had a daughter named Living.
