Catalina Gilberta was born on February 4th, 1879 in Uruguay. Catalina Gilberta's father was Juan Marcos Goyeneche Olaso and her mother was Clara Catalina Goyeneche Echevarria. Her paternal grandparents were Juan Goyeneche and Catalina Olaso; her maternal grandparents were Miguel Goyeneche and Dominga Echevarria. She had a brother and three sisters, named Juan Bruno, Maria, Juana Casiana and Maria Magdalena. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 83 on June 5th, 1962 in Montevideo, Montevideo, Uruguay.-
