Gabriel

Gabriel was born in S.Miguel Das Lajes, Ilha Terceira (Açores) and his baptism took place there on January 17th, 1624.  Gabriel's father was Lázaro Gonçalves and his mother was Francisca De Freitas.  His paternal grandparents were Mateus Fernandes and Brianda Martins; his maternal grandparents were Nicolau De Freitas and Joana Gomes. He had a brother and a sister, named Antonio and Apolonia Gomes De.
