Robert was born in 0970. Robert's father was Richard Ier Sans Peur De Normandie and his mother was Gunnor De Crépon. His paternal grandparents were Guillaume Ier Longue Epée De Normandie and Sprotta De Senlis; his maternal grandfather was Herbastus De Crépon. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Richard II Le Bon, Guillaume Ier, Béatrix, Havoise and Emma. He was the second oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother named Geoffroi. He died at the age of 67 in 1037.General Notes
