Ledgardis Ou Sibylle was born about 1040.  Ledgardis Ou Sibylle's father was Arnaud Mir De Tost and her mother was Arsende De Fluvia.  Her paternal grandparents were Miron De Tost and Sancha N.... She had a sister named Valencia.  She was the older of the two children.  She died in 1072.

‌Ledgardis Ou Sibylle and Pons Ier were married in a religious ceremony in 1047.  They had a son named Géraud II.
