Burgondie was born in 1120. Burgondie's father was Geoffroy Ier De Rançon and her mother was Fossifia De Moncontour. Her paternal grandparents were Aimeri III Malemort De Rançon and Burgondie De Craon; her maternal grandfather was Pierre De Moncontour. She had a brother named Geoffroy II. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 49 in 1169.General Notes
