Garcia II Garces was born about 0835.¹   Garcia II Garces' father was Garcia Ximenez De Pampelune and his mother was Sancia D'aragon.  His paternal grandfather was Ximeno De Pampelune; his maternal grandfather was Aznar Ier Galindez D'aragon. He had two half-brothers named Vela and García.  He died in 0912.
