Ana Francisca Lozano's father was Andres Lozano De Saravia and her mother was Antonia Escobar Lopez Moreno.  She was an only child.

‌Ana Francisca Lozano and Pedro De Cueli Y were married in a religious ceremony on December 12th, 1697 in Buenos Aires.  They had a son named Juan Agustin De Cueli Y.
