Gil Carneiro 
Gil was born about 1415. Gil's father was Diogo Pires Carneiro and his mother was Maria Diniz De Beire. His paternal grandfather was Pedro Carneiro; his maternal grandparents were Afonso Diniz De Beire and Maria Martins Da Ramada. He had two brothers and a sister, named João, Vasco and Inês. He died in 1464.
They had six sons and two daughters, named Diogo, Gomes, João Pires, Martim, Pero, Afonso, Branca Gil ( and Isabel.
