Domingo Arrua 
Domingo was born about 1786. Domingo's father was Julian Arrua and his mother was Isabel Velazco-Sanchez Morinigo. His paternal grandparents were Santiago Arrua and Maria Polancos; his maternal grandparents were Josef Antonio Sanchez De Velazco and Petrona Muriñigo. He had three brothers and a sister, named Pantaleon, Jose Dionisio, Fructuoso and Juana. He was the third oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Juan Manuel, Maria Clemencia, Maria Agustina and Maria Vicenta.-
