André's baptism took place on December 2nd, 1679 in S.João DE Loure, Aveiro (Pt).  André's father was Domingos Fernandes and his mother was Lourença Simões.  His paternal grandparents were ... and ...; his maternal grandparents were ... and Domingas Jorge (?). He had three brothers and two sisters, named Francisco, Manuel, Giraldo, Ana and Maria.
