Abigail was born about 1808.1   Abigail's father was John Whitley. She had three brothers and four sisters, named James, Samuel, John, Mary, Phoebe, Jenny and Sally.  Abigail is no longer alive.

‌Abigail and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony on May 18th, 1833.2
