Myrtle Elisabeth was born on August 1st, 1890 in Payne County, OK.1 Myrtle Elisabeth's father was Lavosier Marcello Varner and her mother was Lucretia Ellen Speake. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph W. Varner and Lucy Andrews. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Carl Raymond, Fred Ellis, Thomas Warren, Alva Albion, Ida Viola, Susan Minetta, Mary Lucy, Vesta Olive and Cora Edith. She was the second youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 88 on July 11th, 1979 in Plainview, Hale County, Texas.1 -
