Francis Varner 
Francis was born about 1864 in Belmont County, Oho.1 Francis' father was Armstrong M Varner and his mother was Lavina Lnu. His paternal grandparents were John Varner and Sarah Moore. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John W T, Daniel M Howard, Matilda A A, Sarah Ruth and Marion McClelland. He was the second youngest of the six children.
