Gustavus Brown Sr 
Gustavus Brown was born in 1645 in Dalkeith, Midlothian, Scotland.1 Gustavus Brown's father was Richard Brown. His paternal grandfather was David Brown. He was an only child. He died at the age of 44 in 1689.1
