Victoria Rinard

Victoria was born in June 1858 in Washington County, Ohio.¹ Victoria's father was James Rinard and her mother was Rachel Minney. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Rinard and Easter Elder. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John M, Orillo, Hamilton Parr, James F, George W, William H, Mary Esther, Jane, Rebecca and Margaret. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named John M, Orillo, Hamilton Parr and Mary Esther. She died at the age of 84 in 1942 in Kansas.¹
