Cynthia Ann Rinard 
Cynthia Ann was born in February 1860.1 Cynthia Ann's father was Isaac Rinard and her mother was Elizabeth Cline. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Rinard and Easter Elder; her maternal grandparents were Jacoob Cline and Nancy Mills. She had a brother and two sisters, named John Marshall, Nancy Catherine and Rosetta. She was the second oldest of the four children. She had five half-brothers and two half-sisters, named James Scott, Henry Watson, Issac, Richard, Robert, Mary E and Margaret Ellen.-
