Hiram Rankin 
Hiram was born in 1818.1 Hiram's father was Armstrong Rankin and his mother was Hannah Dilley. His maternal grandparents were Jr. Dilley John and Elizabeth Ackland aka Eckland. He had five brothers and seven sisters, named John, William J, James Louden, Thompson, Barnett, Mary Polly, Penina, Sarah Ann, Asbernia, Mahalia, Matilda and Diana A. He was the oldest of the thirteen children.-
