Nicholas Mosher 
Nicholas was born in 1666 in Dartmouth, Bristol, MA.1 Nicholas' father was Hugh Mosher and his mother was Rebecca Maxson. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Mosher and Lydia Maxson; his maternal grandparents were Richard Maxson and Rebecca. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Joseph, James, Daniel, Hannah, Ann, Rebecca and Mary. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 81 on August 14th, 1747 in Tiverton, Newport, RI.1 General Notes

The only records in John Austin's Rhode Island Genealogy is March 11, 1747 Will. Made at Dartmouth, proved in Tiverton. Inventory: 372L, 4s., 4d., viz.: books, pewter, beds, 2 cows, swine, bonds, warming pan, stillyards.
