Eliza Markin

Eliza was born in 1839.¹   Eliza's father was Charles W II Markin and her mother was Eunice Gilkerson.  Her paternal grandparents were Charles W I Markin and Lucinda Dechard; her maternal grandfather was John Gilkerson. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Cornelius, Franklin, James F, Melinda, Lucinda, Daniel D and Mary Jane. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Charles, Benjamin R, Thomas B, Thomas, Catherine, Laura Ann and Susan.

They had a daughter named Mary Jane (Kate).
