Charles Markin

Charles was born in 1827 in Lawrence County, Ohio.¹ Charles' father was John Markin and his mother was Martha Irvin. His paternal grandparents were Charles W I Markin and Lucinda Dechard. He was an only child. He died at the age of 37 on November 30th, 1864 in Franklin, Tennessee.¹

‌Charles and Elmira were married in a religious ceremony on December 14th, 1850 in Fountain County, Indiana.¹ They had a son and a daughter, named George S and Sarah Jane.
