William Powell Kendall 
William Powell was born on February 8th, 1864.1 William Powell's father was Thomas Waddell Kendall and his mother was Martha F Pickett. His paternal grandparents were John Kendall and Winifred Turner; his maternal grandparents were Jr. Pickett Martin and Wincy C. Ingram. He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert A, Infant Male, A Pickett and Mary Albert. He was the second youngest of the five children.-
