Hazel was born in 1906.1   Hazel's father was Frank Hotchkiss and her mother was Eva.  Her paternal grandparents were Edwin Rufus Hotchkiss and Mahala Ann Gardner. She had a brother named Living.  She died at the age of 92 in April 1998.1
