Amanda Finch 
Amanda was born on May 9th, 1821 in , , Nova Scotia, Canada.1 Amanda's father was Unlnown Finch and her mother was Elizabeth Pierce. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Finch and Abigail Strong; her maternal grandparents were Ephraim Pierce and Abigail Brooks. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named John, William, Eudosia, Rebecca, Abigail, Julia, Margaret, Sarah and Theodosia. She died at the age of 26 on January 1st, 1848 in Voree, Walworth, Wisconsin. She was buried on January 2nd, 1848 in Voree, Walworth, Wisconsin.1 1 General Notes

On January 1, 1848, following a 5-day illness, Amanda died, at the age of twenty-six. The next day, she became the first person to be buried in the new Mormon Cemetery in Voree, Wisconsin. James Strang, her son-in-law, described her as "one of the best of God's creatures." The children were only 2, 6, 8, and 10 years old, Sarah being the oldest and very likely the one charged with the responsibility of caring for her siblings.

Amanda and Phineas were married in a religious ceremony on January 22nd, 1836 in , , Ontario, Canada.1 They had two sons and three daughters, named Zenas Hovey, Phineas, Phineas, Sarah Adelia and Elizabeth Jane.

Sarah Adelia was born on September 20th, 1837 in Leeds, Canada.2 She died at the age of 85 on August 18th, 1923 in Boise, Ada, Idaho.1
Zenas Hovey Wright
Zenas Hovey was born on October 29th, 1838 in Fort Defiance, , Ohio.1 He died at the age of 87 on July 3rd, 1926 in Eau Claire, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He was buried in Garden Valey, Jackson, Wisconsin.1 1
Elizabeth Jane Wright
Elizabeth Jane was born on March 3rd, 1842 in Hardscrabble, Grant, Wisconsin.1 She died at the age of 35 on November 19th, 1877 in Heber City, Wasatch, Utah. She was buried on November 22nd, 1877 in Heber City, Wasatch, Utah.1 1
