Willis Dilley 
Willis was born on February 4th, 1843 in Lawrence County Ohio.1 Willis' father was Barnett Dilley and his mother was Minerva Cooper. His paternal grandparents were Jr. Dilley John and Elizabeth Ackland aka Eckland; his maternal grandfather was Charles Cooper Cooper. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Joseph, Washington, William, John, Harvey, Margaret Candace, Delilah, Rebecca and Sarah. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 63 on August 28th, 1906 in Davies County, Missouri.1 -
