Eleanor Covington 
Eleanor's father was Robert Covington and her mother was Mary Hicks. She was an only child.
Eleanor and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on June 5th, 1823.1 They had five sons and two daughters, named William R, Joseph Lemuel, Eben Nelms, Jeremiah (James) Brown, Thomas Coke, Mary Hellen and Sarah Jane.
