John Cooke 
John was born on March 30th, 1630 in Earles Calne, Essex, England.1 John's father was Thomas Cooke and his mother was Mary. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Joseph, Samuel, Thomas, Amey, Deborah, Elizabeth, Hannah, Martha, Mary and Sarah. He died at the age of 61 on May 16th, 1691 in Portsmouth, Newport, RI.1 
They had a daughter named Hannah.
