Jens Carl Fredrick Bohne 
Jens Carl Fredrick was born on August 2nd, 1814 in Copenhagen, Denmark.1 Jens Carl Fredrick's father was Hendrich Mortenesen Bohne and his mother was Anne Frisline Hansdatter Holme. His paternal grandparents were Morton Andersen Bohne and Margareta Henrecksen. He was an only child. He died about 1852 in aboard ship in Baltic Sea.1 General Notes
From Pioeer Woemn of Faith and Fortitude in the LDS Family History Library in Salt Lake City (979 D36 v 2, page 1717):
"Magnus made his living by the sea [This is confirmed by the 1845 Census of Denmark in which he is listed as a Styrman, Ship's Pilot]. The waters of the North Sea are treacherous. Magnus was drowned at sea and left Helsine with five children to raise."
Jens Carl Fredrick and Helsienne were married in a religious ceremony on January 29th, 1843 in Garnisons Church, Copenhagen, Denmark.2 They had three sons and a daughter, named Hendrik Morten, Joseph Smith, Jens Carl Jacob and Sophia Anena.

Joseph Smith was born on March 8th, 1855 in Randers, Denmark.2 He died at the age of 61 on February 9th, 1917 in Springville, Utah.3
