Sarah Frances Blount 
Sarah Frances was born in December 1843 in Blackford County, Indiana.1 Sarah Frances' father was John Henry Blount and her mother was Eliza Markin. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Blount and Sarah Warren; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Markin and Francis Sumter. She had four brothers and three sisters, named George Warren, Lorenzo W, Thomas, John M, Mary Etta, Rachel and Nancy Elizabeth. She was the second oldest of the eight children.-
