Martha was born in 1846.1   Martha's father was Joseph Blair and her mother was Elizabeth Markin.  Her maternal grandparents were Charles W I Markin and Lucinda Dechard. She had a brother named Andrew T.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 79 on September 14th, 1925.1 


Martha's first family with Ebenezer W Markin

‌Martha and Ebenezer W were married in a religious ceremony on February 13th, 1864.1   They had five sons and three daughters, named Charles W., Orville, Singleton, George W., Albert N., Sarah L, Lu Meta and Minnie.
