Sylvester Nickle

Sylvester was born on January 16th, 1857 in Nickleville,PA. Sylvester's father was Daniel Dobbin Nickle and his mother was Mary Ann Myers. His paternal grandparents were William N. Nickle and Hannah Auld; his maternal grandparents were George Singery Myers and Eleanor Burns. He had five brothers and two sisters, named George Singery, William McCurdy, Oliver Hazzard, Henry Francis, Solomon Myers, Eleanor Burns and Hannah Jane. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 6 on May 5th, 1863 in buried in Nickleville Cemetery,Richland Twp.,Venango County,PA.
