Joan was born in 1204.1 Joan's father was Sir William Marshall and her mother was Isabel De Clare. Her paternal grandfather was John FitzGilbert; her maternal grandparents were Richard FitzGilbert De Clare and Eva , Countess of Ireland Macmurrough. She had a brother and five sisters, named William , 2nd Earl Of Pembroke, Maud , Countess of Norfolk, Margaret, Eva, Isabell , Countess Of Cornwall and Sibyl. She died before November 1234.1 -
