James Hensley 
James was born in 1642 in Northampton,VA. James' father was James Hensley and his mother was Sarah Lyttle. His paternal grandparents were William Hensley and UNKNOWN Unknown. He was an only child. He died at the age of 60 in 1702 in Henrico,Virginia.General Notes
Served with Virginia Militia in the First Indian War. He moved with William (his brother), up the
James River in to Henrico Co., Virginia where he met his wife. About 1682, he moved deeper into
Henrico Co., to an area that became Fluvanna County, Va.
