Elijah Gordon

Elijah was born on August 22nd, 1788 in Faquier Co,VA.  Elijah's father was Hugh Gordon and his mother was Sarah Owens.  His paternal grandfather was James Gordon; his maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Owens and UNKNOWN Unknown. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Jordon, Dorcus, Frances, William, Joel, Mary "Molly", Noah "Monoah", Anna, Rhoda "Rody", Elizabeth and Sally.  He was the youngest of the twelve children. He had a half-sister named Frances.
