William Filley 
William was born on April 2nd, 1709. William's father was Josiah Filley and his mother was Esther Eggleston. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Filley and Anna or Hannah Gillet; his maternal grandparents were John Eggleston and Esther Mills. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Josiah, Samuel, Ester and Mary. He was the second youngest of the five children.-
