Margaret was born in 1292. Margaret's father was Gilbert , Earl of Gloucester De Clare and her mother was Joan , Princess Of England Plantagenet. Her paternal grandparents were Richard De Clare and Maud , Countess Of Gloucester De Lacy; her maternal grandparents were Edward I PLANTAGENET and Eleanor Of , Countess of Ponthieu Castile. She had two sisters named Alianore and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 50 on April 13th, 1342.General Notes
