Eleanor was born before October 17th, 1304 in Knaresborough,Yorkshire,ENGLAND.  Eleanor's father was Humphrey , VIII Earl Of Hereford De Bohun and her mother was Elizabeth Plantagenet.  Her paternal grandparents were Humphrey , 3rd Earl Of Hereford De Bohun and Maud De Fiennes; her maternal grandparents were Edward I PLANTAGENET and Eleanor Of , Countess of Ponthieu Castile. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John, Humphrey, Edward, William, Aeneas, Agnes, Margaret and Isabel.  She was the oldest of the nine children.  She died on October 7th, 1363.
