Henry Cook

Henry was born in 1683 in Salem,MA. Henry's father was Henry Cook and his mother was Mary Hall. His paternal grandparents were Henry Cook and Judith Birdsall; his maternal grandparents were John Hall and Jane Wollen. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Isaac, Jonathan, David, Jedediah, Mary, Jane, Hannah and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the ten children.
