Lyman Seeley 
Lyman was born on July 28th, 1791 in Westmoreland County, Oneida, New York. Lyman's father was Daniel Seelye and his mother was Phoebe Fulkerson. His paternal grandfather was David Seely; his maternal grandparents were Cornelius Fulkerson and Frinche Van Dyke. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Cornelius, Daniel J., Reuben, Ambrose, Charles, Dempster, Lovinia, Sally, Phoebe, Sibble and Betsy. He died at the age of 80 on December 8th, 1871 in Westmoreland County, Oneida, New York.General Notes

OBITUARY-
Seelye - in Westmoreland, Dec.. 8, 1871, Lyman Seelye aged 80 years and 6
months. Friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral Sunday
fore-noon at 10:30 AM., from the Methodist church in Hampton. (Utica Daily Observer Dec. 9, 1871)
