Pami (Pimay Pemay) Great Chief of was born in Abt. 830 BC. Pami (Pimay Pemay) Great Chief of's father was Shoshenk III Great Chief of Ma and his mother was Es ankh Djed Bast. His paternal grandparents were Takelot II of Egypt and Karoma Mertmout II of Thebes; his maternal grandfather was Takelot "B" of Egypt High Priest of Ptah. He was an only child. Pami was the eighth king of the Twenty-second Dynasty. He reigned for approximately six years following the fifty-two year reign of Shoshenq III.
