William I "The Conqueror" King of was born on October 14th, 1024 in Falaise, Calvados, France.  William I "The Conqueror" King of's father was Robert I "The Magnificent" Duke Of Normandy and his mother was Harlette de Falaise.  His paternal grandparents were Richard "The Good" Duke of Normandy and Judith De Bretagne; his maternal grandparents were Fulbert "The Tanner" de Falaise and Doda Duxia. He had a half-sister named Emma.  He died at the age of 62 on September 10th, 1087 in Hermentruvilleby, Rouen,Seine-Maritime, France.  He was buried in St. Stephen's, Caen, Normandy.
